Mashimarho Limited-Time Consignment Opportunity: AVAILABLE FOR GREATER SEATTLE ONLY
Mashimarho is excited to offer a limited-time consignment opportunity for our upcoming Annual Garage Sale. Your items will be featured at our warehouse in-person Garage sale tentatively on Saturday January 18, 2025, and will also be posted on our website throughout our online Garage Sale in the following week. If you have high-quality items you’d like to sell, this is a great chance to reach a large audience through our event. However, please note that there are specific guidelines and deadlines to ensure your items are included in the sale. This offer is only available to Greater Seattle enthusiasts as we need to inspect and store all items at our Lynnwood, WA shop.
Important Dates & Requirements:
- Item Submission Deadline: All consignment items must be delivered to us by January 11, 2025 for review and photography.
- Sale Date: Items will be included in our upcoming Annual Garage Sale on January 18, 2025.
- Unsold Item Pickup: Unsold items must be picked up by January 31, 2025. After this date, any unclaimed items will be forfeited to Mashimarho.
- Possible Storage Fees: Storage fees may apply if items are not picked up by the deadline.
Consignment Process:
- Complete the Inquiry Form: To start, please fill out the consignment inquiry form with as much detail as possible about your items. This will help our team review and determine if your items are a good fit for consignment.

Contract and Terms: Once your items are approved, you will need to bring your items to our shop in Lynnwood, WA for inspection and final approval. You’ll be asked to review and sign a consignment contract before releasing the items to us. The contract will include:
- A list of damages (if any)
- Listing price and bottom dollar (minimum price we can accept)
- Your preferred payment method
- Sale and Payment: Mashimarho will retain a 10% margin on the final sale price (after taxes, shipping, and fees). Once the item sells, we will remit payment to you via Zelle or PayPal.
What You Need to Know:
- Damage List: All items should be reviewed for any damages. Please include a detailed list of any existing damages when submitting your consignment inquiry.
- Pricing: Please provide a listing price and bottom dollar (minimum acceptable price). Mashimarho will review and may suggest price adjustments if necessary.
- Preferred Payment: We’ll ask for your preferred method of payment (Zelle or PayPal) to remit the funds once your item sells.
