Job Opportunity - Marketing Manager

Mashimarho is an e-commerce business that specializes in BMW aftermarket and performance parts. We are a growing company located in Lynnwood, WA and we strive to provide the best aftermarket products and services to BMW enthusiasts.

 We are highly motivated to upleveling our brand and marketing tactics with the help of a Marketing Manager who is equipped to support our goals. This role will be responsible for all top of funnel marketing tactics to drive sales. We expect this position to increase our reach and revenue by curating high-quality content, and driving successful campaigns for paid digital advertising, SEO, affiliate marketing, newsletters, and more. Our ideal candidate is a data minded creative who can propel our brand recognition within the BMW community.

Prior BMW knowledge is preferred, but not required. In-depth training will be provided to ensure you are well versed in our products and service offerings.



  • Develop marketing/engagement strategy and campaigns that is relevant and meaningful to audience
  • Build integrated marketing plans to promote, reach, connect and engage new and existing audiences via social, digital, content marketing, etc.
  • Manage the development of branded collateral - from graphic design and copywriting
  • Review and report all campaign KPIs to improve efficiency and ROAS
  • Build high quality content and improve product images and web content
  • Manage and oversee all website designs, UX, and all digital presence
  • Work with vendors to created partnered marketing tactics
  • Create graphics, emails, blogs, merchandise, and more
  • Create and share content to engage with our demographic
  • Identify and establish new customers with new channels (geofencing, events, etc…)
  • Build Affiliate and SMS marketing program
  • Oversee and improve company brand
  • Provide strong communications with internal team and external vendors and customers
  • Ability to absorb and present knowledge of products and services

We Are Looking For Someone Who Brings:

  • 5+ years background in paid marketing/advertising space
  • 3-5+ years background in retail/B2C/e-commerce
  • Driven by data & results
  • Tech savvy, able to navigate in e-commerce platform and all social media channels/advertising platforms
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify (or alternative e-commerce platform)
  • Proven business social media experience
  • Prior experience in PR, community outreach, and event management
  • Strong Web/Dev expertise, some coding knowledge preferred
  • Experience in Photography & Videography
  • Skilled in design using programs such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Premiere Pro
    Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment
  • An eagerness to learn new skills and subjects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in office M-F 9am-5pm.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
