ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to those who enter by following instructions corresponding to this Giveaway. Participants must have an account on Mashimarho.com, complete the contest entry form, and have opted-in to Mashimarho emails and SMS during the Contest Period. Participants must also include at least 1 item to their Mashimarho.com wishlist, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older on the entry date.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest entry period begins on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, and ends at 11:59 pm PST on Saturday, December 23, 2023 (the "Contest Period"). Winner will be selected from entries submitted during the Contest Period.
PRIZE:
One (1) eligible participant will receive one (1) $500 Gift Card to Mashimarho.com. The Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the Winner.
Gift Card is a digital gift card and is only redeemable at Mashimarho.com for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. If the Gift Card is lost, it will not be replaced. The Gift Card is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and will expire upon this date.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The random drawing will be conducted after the Contest Period by Mashimarho, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected participant will be selected on 12/25/2023.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information within five (5) days following the winner selection. Potential Winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize by email as directed by Mashimarho within two (2) days of notification. Mashimarho shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to the Winner's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Gift card will only be redeemable by the account associated with the winning email address and cannot be transferred to a different email address.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Mashimarho. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited.
