Thank you for shopping with Mashimarho! We strive to provide excellent products and service. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth experience when it comes to returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing Time:
Order processing refers to the time taken from placing your order to shipping it. This timeframe varies by product, especially for pre-orders or custom items. Processing times may also be delayed during holidays, new product launches, restocks, or promotions. -
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Once your order is placed, we have a limited window to modify or cancel it. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at orders@mashimarho.com. Please note that cancellations may incur a fee and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations will be possible once the processing begins. If your order is already in process, you will need to receive it and then request a return for a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Failure to notify us of any damages or issues within 7 days of the delivery date will exclude the item from being eligible for return or exchange. -
Return Request Form:
All returns or exchanges must be initiated by completing our Return Request Form. Requests sent via email, phone, or social media will not be processed. -
Return Window:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery confirmation date. This policy is strictly enforced. We appreciate your understanding. -
International Orders:
Orders shipping outside North America are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Items Ineligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., steering wheels, custom-painted trim)
- Used or damaged items
- Performance parts, wheels, tires, suspension components
- Electronics (e.g., sensors, batteries)
- Certain product categories as specified (e.g., merchandise, gift cards, clearance items)
- Items marked as non-returnable on their product page
- Items sold at events or garage sales
- Clearance items
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items. The fees are as follows:
- 25% on performance products and electronics
- 20% on all other eligible items
Shipping Fees:
You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect. If we sent you the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label, and no restocking fee will apply.
Refund Processing:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return. You have 10 days from the approval notification to return the item. If the item is not postmarked within this period, your return request will be voided.
Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage:
Not all items are covered by warranty. Products with warranty coverage will clearly state this in their description and are at the discretion of the manufacturer. Warranty coverage typically lasts 1 year from the purchase date and applies to manufacturing defects only. -
Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for shipping and handling costs for eligible warranty claims. Mashimarho will repair or replace the defective item if it meets the warranty criteria. Eligible warranty can only be claimed once, and will vary per product and manufacturer. -
Installation Damage:
Mashimarho is not responsible for damage caused during installation. Mashimarho is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation of products purchased. We always recommend professional installation for all products.
International Orders & Customs Fees

Customs & Duties:
International orders may incur customs or duty fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Mashimarho is not liable for any customs or duty fees. If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, no refunds will be issued.
Backordered Products
If any items in your order are backordered, we will notify you. You may cancel a backordered item by contacting orders@mashimarho.com for consideration.
Lost, Stolen, or Refused Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Mashimarho is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please inform us immediately if you have not received your product. If your package is confirmed to be lost or stolen, we will do what we can to assist you by submitting a claim with the mail carrier in certain situations. -
Refused Packages:
Packages that are refused are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy and may result in the loss of your refund. If you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Chargeback Policy
At Mashimarho, we take chargebacks very seriously, especially as a small business. We are committed to providing an ethical and fair resolution if we are at fault, and we encourage our customers to contact us directly with any concerns or issues they may have experienced. Our goal is to resolve problems efficiently and amicably.
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback – we are more than willing to discuss any problems you may have with your order. However, fraudulent chargebacks will be addressed with evidence, and we will take appropriate action to protect our business.
Please note: If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, we will not be willing to work with you in the future, and you will be blacklisted from making any future purchases. Chargeback processes vary depending on your financial institution, and they can take up to 90 days to be fully resolved. We encourage you to resolve any issues directly with us before going through this process.
